Schedule Change as of March 1st.

Schedule change as of next Wednesday March 2nd and forward. "Yoga for the Stiff Guy or Gal" is being moved to Wednesdays at 4:30 to 5:30pm and "Boot Camp Yoga" with Lou Papa will be on Wednesdays at 6 to 7pm. If you have any questions please call the studio at 249-9642.
